To View Open Tickets/Check Status

     
  • You  MUST log into your account on the support center website 
  • At  the top of the page, click ‘Tickets’ 
  • A  list of all tickets you’ve created will be shown 
  • Click  ‘Check Ticket Status’ on the right side of any page to check support status
