Beautimas.com and Beautimashomeandbody.com  are owned and operated by Beautimas, LLC (referred to hereinafter as  “Beautimas” or “us”). Beautimas has established this General Store Policy for  Beautimas.com,    Beautimashomeandbody.com, and all its sub domain websites (hereinafter  referred to as "this Site" or “the website”).  


When you (“customer”)  use the Beautimas website you agree to the following General Store Policies and  agree to hold Beautimas harmless in the event of any legal dispute involving arising  out of this policy, with Beautimas and/or its designated agents.


This General Store  Policy incorporate by reference any notices contained on this Site itself,  including any referenced Policies, (but not on sites to which this Site may  link), and constitute the entire agreement with respect to access and use of  this Site. Beautimas offers online  shopping 24/7/365 days a year; however, our customer service hours of operation  and phone support are limited.

Requests received thru  our Customer Support website, at support.beautimas.com, receive first priority and are typically addressed within 24-48  hours, excluding weekends and holidays.   Due to the large volume of requests received, we cannot guarantee phone  support is available upon request and we typically respond to voice messages  within 3-5 business days.  Therefore, it  is recommended that you use our Customer Support website (support.beautimas.com) as a first resort, for all support requests,  and faster service, unless specified otherwise.

The Beautimas Customer Support  website (“the Site”) is located at support.beautimas.com.  Beautimas  does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or secure access of the  Beautimas Customer Support website or any related services. The operation of  the Beautimas Customer Support website may be interfered with by numerous  factors outside the control of Beautimas.


Therefore, Beautimas  does not represent or warrant that the Beautimas Customer Support website will  be error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects  will be corrected. Beautimas does not warrant or represent that the information  available on or through this Site will be correct, accurate, timely, or  otherwise reliable.


Beautimas may make  improvements and/or changes to its features, functionality or content at any  time.  You agree to indemnify, defend and  hold harmless Beautimas from any claim, action, demand, loss, or damages  (including attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of or relating to use of the  Beautimas Customer Support Website, any and all submitted information, or your  violation of any rights of a third party.

Placing an Order


An order is not binding  upon Beautimas until it is accepted and Beautimas will NOT accept an order  until payment is received.  


Payment for product(s)  ordered is due prior to shipment.  Customers  can make a payment by credit card, debit card, or any other method specified in  the ‘Payment Methods Accepted’ section, of this agreement. You agree to pay the  amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, at checkout, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month, or the highest rate  allowed by law, whichever is greater. 


All orders placed on the  Beautimas website are governed by our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy; including (but not limited to) our Terms and Conditions.


Shipping/International  Information


Beautimas does NOT ship  internationally overseas.  Beautimas only  ships within the Continental United States, and its territories, as follows:

     
  • Continental United  States (including Alaska and Hawaii)   
    • APO/FPO Military  Addresses Included 
  • US Virgin Islands 
  • Puerto Rico   
    • Average transit time is  2-5 days   
    • Carriers deliver to  Culebra and Vieques twice per week   
    • Overnight shipping is  available to some zip codes for an additional cost 
  • Guam


We do not ship to  anywhere else outside the US, except as noted above.  Although Beautimas does ship to Puerto Rico,  Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands; available ship methods are Basic or  Preferred delivery, which is specific to those territories and/or counties. To  ship to a U.S. territory, select the United States as the Ship To country, then  choose the appropriate U.S. territory in the State listing.


If shipping outside the  50 US states, but within US Territories, your credit card billing address MUST  match your shipping address (no exceptions)

Payment Methods Accepted


We gladly accept the following payment methods, via the Authorize.net secured payment gateway:

No Purchase Orders, email, Fax or C.O.D. orders will be accepted by  Beautimas; and, for security purposes, Beautimas does NOT accept orders by  phone. All orders must be placed online, via the Beautimas website.


Please accept our  apologies but Beautimas does not accept international credit cards at this  time.


Beautimas Gift Vouchers


We accept Beautimas Gift Vouchers as a form of  payment, as outlined in this policy.   However, use and terms under which we accept this payment method are  solely governed by our Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions, so please read them carefully, prior to use,  and reach out to customer support if any questions.

Redemption of Gift Vouchers constitutes  agreement with our Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions.


Price Matching


Beautimas does not price  match competitors, under any circumstances. For your convenience, all of our  most current pricing is listed on our website. ALL prices are  non-negotiable. 


Sales Tax


Sales tax is only  required for orders shipping into states where we have or may have nexus for  state tax purposes under applicable laws. Therefore all orders shipping into  Washington State will be charged applicable sales tax according to the State  and your area's tax rate.


Beautimas does not  collect sales tax in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or Oregon AND  Beautimas does not collect sales tax in any state NOT listed previously because  Beautimas is not required to collect sales or use taxes in those states.


IMPORTANT NOTICE: Even  if we do not collect sales tax from you, you may owe sales tax on your  purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, or  Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report and pay tax on all  purchases that are not taxed at the time of sale. The tax may be reported and  paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax  return. For more information, please visit your state's department of revenue  website.


FOR OUR TAX-EXEMPT  CUSTOMERS: Beautimas does not collect sales tax if we have your exemption  certificate on file but you will need to reference the information in our ”Resellers” section, of this policy, on how to submit your  tax-exemption certificate to us.


Duty Tax


FedEx only offers 2-Day  or overnight services to Hawaii and Alaska. If you have selected FedEx Saver as  your preferred shipping option and attempt to checkout, the shipping method  will default to 2-Day and you will subsequently be charged accordingly. 


Coupons


Web coupons may be  issued by Beautimas, from time to time, and are limited to one coupon per  person, per visit, except for occasional 'no purchase required’ coupons, which  are limited to one free item per household, per offer. Any attempt to redeem  more than one coupon per offer constitutes fraud. Web coupons are void where  prohibited by law.


Promo Codes


Beautimas will sometimes  furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on our Web site.  These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements,  sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscribers, presented on the  Beautimas Web site or circulated at events and through other means. Some of the  specials offered by entering a Promo Code during checkout include free  shipping, volume discounts, free gifts or complimentary Rush Order processing.


The provisions for a  Promo Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or  other condition is stipulated, just reference where you acquired the code for  the exact requirements. Please note that Promo Codes are not redeemable for  cash, are limited to one per visit, per household, cannot be combined with any  other offer, and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a  promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo Code offered $20.00 off your  next purchase, you would need to spend more than $20.00 to redeem your  discount. 


Mail-in Rebates


For your convenience, Beautimas  does its best to advertise any current rebates on our Web site. Any use of  these rebates is limited to the terms and conditions specified by the product  manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding rebate terms and conditions,  please contact the manufacturer directly. 


Gift Vouchers  (Certificates)


Beautimas Gift Vouchers  (sometimes referred to as "Gift Certificates") may only be redeemed  toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Beautimas on  Beautimashomeandbody.com.  Redemption of  Gift Vouchers on any affiliated website is strictly prohibited.  


Gift cards can only be  redeemed by the Recipient to which it is addressed. Purchases are deducted from  the redeemer’s Gift Voucher balance and any unused Gift Voucher balance will be  placed in the redeemer’s Beautimas account.   If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Voucher balance, the remaining  amount must be paid with another payment method.   Beautimas will provide Gift Voucher  purchasers with information about the redemption status of Gift Voucher that  they purchase.

Order Processing Time


You can expect your  order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are  in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Beautimas does  not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and  holidays. 


Order status


Beautimas will keep you  informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be  emailed to your Beautimas ID once your order has shipped (except when an  APO/FPO is the shipping destination). You may also acquire your order status  and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site. 


Order  Changes/Modifications


You may request a change  to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account  or entered the shipping process. Please visit our Customer Support website, to  request Live Chat support, at support.beautimas.com during Beautimas' hours of operation to request a change to your  order. Please have your order number or customer number ready for better  assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email  because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an  adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day. 


Order Cancellations


You may request that an  order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed or entered  the shipping process.  Please visit our  Customer Support website, to request Live Chat support, at support.beautimas.com during Beautimas' hours of operation to request  an order cancellation. If you order is successfully cancelled, you will receive  a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2  business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via  email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the  order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day. 


NOTE: Credit Card Merchant  rules prohibit us from changing orders, shipping methods or addresses post  order to prevent fraud. We are required by legal contract to deliver each order  - exactly as placed - to the exact address given at order placement.  


Pre-orders


Select items may be  available for pre-order.  To pre-order  items, please refer to the item description for instructions.


If you pre-order an  item, during checkout, a Sales Order number will be issued at the Order  Confirmation screen just as if you were placing a conventional order, but your  credit/debit card will not be charged until your pre-ordered item is in stock  and ready to ship. If you purchase an in-stock item with a pre-order item, you  will be charged accordingly for the available product and the difference when  your pre-ordered item is in stock and ready for shipment. In this instance, two  Sales Order numbers will be issued; one for the in-stock merchandise and one  for the pre-ordered merchandise. You will be kept up-to-date when pre-orders  are made thru standard Order Status emails to your account. 


Backorders


Beautimas does not sell  backordered merchandise. We will never purposely charge a customer for an item  that we do not physically have in stock at the time of purchase. Occasional  inventory discrepancies may occur due to inaccurate inventory counts or  possibly because the last few items on our shelves are damaged and/or not in a  condition that we can sell to a customer. In that instance, we will refund your  credit/debit card for the item, along with any applicable tax fees and shipping  charges. An automated email will also be sent to your Beautimas login to alert  you of the situation. 


30 Day  Satisfaction/Money Back Guarantee


All  merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a  replacement or refund, with the exception of certain items.  To take advantage of  Beautimas' satisfaction guarantee, the Customer must comply with the Product  Return Procedure detailed in this policy and all items must be returned to  Beautimas within the specified guarantee/return period, from the invoice date,  for this policy to apply.

Sweepstakes/Drawings/Site  Promotions


From time to time,  Beautimas may provide sweepstakes, drawings or other promotions on this Site.  These promotions are subject to additional terms and conditions that will be  made available at the time of such provision or competitions.


Auction/Marketplace  Customers (Amazon/eBay)


This policy is exclusive  to items sold by Beautimas on auction and marketplace websites, such as Amazon  or eBay.  


The  terms of sale for each marketplace and/or auction website are governed by the  terms of sale listed at each respective site, within the advertised listing; meaning, if you purchase an item from an Auction or Marketplace listing, and  need to return it, you MUST return that item according to the details specified  on our seller’s policy page, listed on the respective auction or marketplace  website.  


In  the event of a conflict between this policy and our auction/marketplace  Seller's Policy Page, it is our Seller’s Policy, listed on the auction and/or marketplace website that shall apply to your order (no exceptions).  

Auction/Marketplace Price Matching:

 

Beautimas does not offer price-matching, of any  kind, on items offered by other sellers; there are no exceptions.

 

Auction/Marketplace Price Differential

 

Typically, items sold by Beautimas on Amazon and  eBay are exclusive to those respective sites.  However, in the rare event  that we offer the same item for sale on the Beautimas website, that we offer at  the auction/marketplace, we will honor our advertised prices on Amazon and  eBay.  If there is a price differential,  please check the following:   


  • OEM items are usually  cheaper than retail so please verify the product type   
  • Open Box items are  always cheaper than new products
  •  Antiques/collectibles  can be more expensive than non-antiques/non-collectibles

Auction/Marketplace Payment Methods:

 

Purchasers of Beautimas Auction/Marketplace  items, such as Amazon and eBay Auctions, must pay according to terms specified  on each Auction/Marketplace listing; no exceptions.

 

Auction/Marketplace Promo Codes

 

Promo Codes are not currently available, nor  cannot be applied to, Beautimas Auction/Marketplace items.


Auction/Marketplace Free Shipping

 

Auction/Marketplace purchases are excluded from Free Shipping unless specified otherwise on the applicable Auction/Marketplace website, under the specified Seller Policy.

 

Auction/Marketplace Processing Times

 

While Beautimas does not guarantee processing  times for Auction/Marketplace transactions, in general, orders should process  within two business days of order verification and payment processing.

 

Rush processing is not currently available for  items purchased from Beautimas Auction/Marketplace listings. 


Auction/Marketplace Product Testing

 

Beautimas may or may not conduct product  testing. Check our Seller's Policy Page for information on the product testing  practices, if applicable

 

Auction/Marketplace Technical Support

 

Please be aware that under no circumstances does  Beautimas offer technical assistance. If you purchase an item from a Beautimas  Auction/Marketplace listing and need technical support, please direct your  requests for technical assistance to the manufacturer. Volume Discounts


Beautimas does not have  a volume discount program available at this time. We work hard to negotiate the  best values on the Internet and offer these tremendous values to all of our customers  via our Web site.


All inventories on our  website are posted in real-time and accessible 24/7/365.  We will do our best to advertise any specials,  promotions or rebates for our customers' benefit. 


Resellers


Beautimas does not  currently have a resellers’ discount program available at this time. Since, Beautimas  already negotiates the best possible pricing; any discounts are offered to all  of our customers as shown on our Web site, and anytime we receive any specials  or promotions, we will immediately post them for customers to take advantage.  Customers may also subscribe to our  newsletter for additional discounts, if offered. 

     
  • Out of State  Customer/Resellers: 
All customers outside of Washington State will  not be charged any state sales tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set  up any reseller tax exemption form.
     
  • Washington State  Resellers Tax Exemption:  

For Washington State Resellers, please place  your order as normal then submit a ticket on our support website, at support.beautimas.com, to request our tax exemption form and arrange  for your resellers’ permit information to be faxed to us; you will need your Order  number to make your request.    

Once we receive and verify your information, we  will remove all sales taxes from your order.  Remember, you must visit our support center to  request a resellers’ tax exemption form and arrange to have your information  faxed to us, AFTER placing your order.  

NOTE: We will NOT pre-approve tax removal prior  to any order being placed. Meaning, once an individual order has been approved  for tax removal, due to a resellers’ tax exemption status, a new request MUST be  submitted, each time an order is placed, before ANY tax removal is applied (no exceptions).


Product Listings


Beautimas strives for  accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references,  detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our Web site. Due to human error  and other determinates we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links  and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete  or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a  product listed on our Web site is labeled with an incorrect price due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Beautimas shall at its  sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said  product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate  information. Additionally, all hyperlinks to other Web sites from Beautimas are  provided as resources to customers looking for additional information and/or  professional opinion. Beautimas does not assume responsibility for the claims  and/or representations made on these or any other Web sites. 


Product Testing


Beautimas, like other retailers,  ships items in the condition they were received from the original  manufacturer/distributor. Beautimas does not conduct product testing before  shipping any merchandise. 


Product Revisions


Beautimas is not  responsible for changes or variations in product specifications and/or physical  appearance. In the interest of our customers, Beautimas puts forth its best  efforts to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual.  Unfortunately there are varying determinates which, although infrequent, could cause the information on our Web site to become outdated without our immediate  knowledge. This includes but is not limited to new versions or revisions, color deviations, retail package alterations and other variations that may be  considered inconsequential by the manufacturer. Beautimas relies on the  manufacturer to communicate these differences. Presently we have no way of  alerting customers prior to purchase in the event the manufacturer fails to do  so. Consequently, Beautimas will not be held responsible for product revision  changes. 


Product Reviews


Beautimas reads all  reviews before posting them and reserves the right to deny any review. 

Here are some of the  things that can cause a review to be denied:  

  • Offensive or abusive  language 
  • Prices and availability  can change very quickly on the Beautimas Web site, so please leave such  information out of your review  
  • Hyperlinks/URLs 
  • References to other  stores/resellers  
  • Comments on products  that was either physically damaged or misused 
  • Replies to existing  customer reviews; please do not attempt to initiate discussions here 
  • Comparisons to competing  brands/products of competing brands 
  • Criticism of Beautimas'  service or the service of our operations partners. (Including, but not limited  to; Amazon, eBay, FedEx, UPS, PayPal, etc.) 
  • References to  aftermarket procedures or installation techniques not mentioned specifically in  the original product documentation (over-clocking, hacked drivers,  tweaking/modding, etc.,) 
  • Illegal content 
  • Invasions of personal  privacy  
  • Pornography or  obscenity  
  • Hate or incitement of violence,  threats of harm or safety of a person 
  • Graphic violence or  other acts resulting in serious injury or death

Year 2000 Policy


Customer's only recourse  for any "Year 2000" issue is against the applicable manufacturer  under its manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer to determine  warranty coverage for "Year 2000" compliance problems. Beautimas  DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT  TO "YEAR 2000" COMPLIANCE OF ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT  LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILITY AND FITNESS FOR A  PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 


Severability


If any provision of this  General Store Policy is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision  shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, and shall not affect  the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

If we decide to change the  Beautimas General Store Policy, we will post those changes on our website, and  other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware. We reserve the right  to modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.
