Beautimas Return Policy
Beautimas.com and Beautimashomeandbody.com are owned and operated by Beautimas, LLC (referred to hereinafter as “Beautimas”). Beautimas has established this return policy for Beautimas.com, Beautimashomeandbody.com, and all its sub domain websites (hereinafter referred to as "this Site" or “the website”).
This Return Policy is applicable only to products (“items” or “merchandise”) purchased by you (“customer”) directly from the Beautimas website. This policy ( sometimes referred to as “agreement”) does not (either expressed or implied) cover items purchased from any marketplace from which Beautimas participates; including, but not limited to, auction websites. The terms of sale for each marketplace and/or auction website are governed by the terms of sale listed at each respective site, within the advertised listing (no exceptions).
Any and all products listed on the Beautimas website are subject to this Return Policy. A Return Merchant Authorization number (hereinafter “RMA”) is required before any refund or replacement requests will be processed. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Beautimas, and not the mere issuance of an RMA; meaning, all returns must be RECEIVED by Beautimas before any refunds or replacements will be sent.
Only the original purchaser may request a return or replacement via RMA (no exceptions). Any RMA requested made by anyone other than the original purchaser shall be rejected.
All refunds may be subject to a restocking fee so please read this Return Policy, in its entirety.
Our Standard Return Policy applies to all items listed on the Beautimas website, with the exception of any item marked as “excluded” from this policy; including items listed in the “Product Specific Return Policy” and “Products Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement” section(s) within this agreement.
The standard return windows for items subject to this policy are as follows:
- Return for REFUND within: 30 days
- Return for REPLACEMENT within: 30 days
- Restocking Fee: Yes
All products subject to this policy may be excluded from this policy at any time, prior to purchase, at Beautimas’ sole discretion.

30 Day Satisfaction/Money Back Guarantee
All merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a replacement or refund, with the exception of the following:
- Any item marked as non-refundable/non-returnable
- Any item “excluded” from this policy as indicated on the Beautimas website; including, but not limited to, certain items listed within the “Product Specific Return Policy” and all items listed within the “Products Not Eligible for Refund/Replacement” Policy section(s) of this agreement
- Any item purchased with fraudulent funds or obtained fraudulently, as deemed appropriate by Beautimas
- Any item not returned in accordance to the Beautimas Return Policy, as specified in the General Product Return Procedure section
- Any item found to be intentionally or maliciously damaged, as indicated in our Physical Damage Policy, within this agreement
Before this policy will be applied, customers must inform Beautimas of any order discrepancy within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
To take advantage of Beautimas' satisfaction guarantee, the Customer must comply with the General Product Return Procedure detailed in this policy and all items must be returned to Beautimas within the specified guarantee/return period, from the invoice date, for this policy to apply. Any breach of Beautimas' Return Policy and/or General Product Return Procedure will result in the loss of Beautimas' refund/replacement guarantee and all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions, and/or incomplete returns, will be rejected.
A return authorization number is required for all returns and 15% restocking fee may apply. Additional deductions may be made for consumer electronics returns to reflect the current market value. These terms apply to all refunds.
Beautimas Christmas Return Guarantee
We want to ensure your Christmas holiday shopping is hassle-free! That’s why we’re automatically extending our return policies on almost every product purchased after December 1 to January 31 following the Christmas holiday for which the products were purchased (example: products purchased between 12/1/2014 and 12/31/2014 are eligible for return until 1/31/2015).
There's nothing additional that you have to do! The following return windows are applicable to this policy:
- Return for REFUND until: January 31 (following the Christmas holiday for which the products were purchased)
- Return for REPLACEMENT until: January 31 (following the Christmas holiday for which the products were purchased)
- Restocking Fee: None
Only items which feature and marked on the Beautimas website with the Beautimas Christmas logo/label are eligible. All items covered by this policy must be returned to Beautimas no later than January 31, 2015 for this policy to apply and must be in compliance with our General Product Return Procedures, specified in our return policy.
Products NOT Eligible for Refund/Replacement Policy
Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to you at your cost and expense if received by us. These products include the following:
- Any product marked/labeled as “All Sales Final”
- Any product not purchased from Beautimas.com
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product
- Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging
- Any product that exhibits physical damage due to abuse or improper use
- Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate(1)
- Any product for which you obtained fraudulently as determination by Beautimas staff, a court of law, or law enforcement
- Any product that is a part in a Combo, Bundle, or Kit(2)
- Any product obtained thru a third party (other than Beautimas) at any marketplace or auction website.
- Any product given as a promotional item/Beautimas Gift(3)
- Any product returned without applicable promotional item(s) included by a manufactuer(4)
- Any product sold as clearance
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and items purchased with gift voucher funds have limited replacement terms(5)
(1)Mail-In Rebate Policy: Any product offering a mail-in rebate is not returnable to Beautimas once the rebate has been filed. Be sure that the product is functional and that you intend to keep the product before sending in for your rebate. Products missing UPC codes or serial numbers from the box are NOT returnable. Only the product manufacturer can replace a defective item missing the UPC code.
(2)Combo, Bundle and Kit Specials: Combo, Bundle, and Kit Specials include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Items sold as part of a Combo, Bundle or Kit may NOT be returned individually for a replacement or refund. All parts of the Combo, Bundle or Kit must be returned to receive a replacement or refund (no exceptions).
(3)Manufacturer/Promotional Items: Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. For example, a video card may come with a free game or a Blu-ray player may come with a free Blu-ray disc. To receive a full refund on a purchase that offers promotional items all items must be returned. Any promotional items not returned will result in a refund or replacement being denied.
4Beautimas may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore cannot be returned.

Unless specified otherwise, within this policy, all products listed within this section are not covered by the Beautimas 30-Day Satisfaction/Money Back Guarantee, the Beautimas Christmas Return Guarantee and are excluded from the Beautimas Standard Return Policy.
Physical damage to any product purchased at Beautimas will effectively void any and all replacement/refund guarantees. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage, or as determined by Beautimas. Beautimas will return any physically damaged item back to the customer at the customer's expense.
All Sales Final Policy – No Refunds/Exchanges/Replacements
Any item listed as "All Sales Final" or labeled as follows MAY NOT be returned to Beautimas, under any circumstances:
- No Refunds
- No Exchanges
- No Replacements
- No Returns
This policy will prevail over any conflicting refund or replacement terms described in our Terms and Conditions and/or this Return Policy.
General Product Return Procedure
To return a product in compliance with Beautimas' satisfaction and/or Christmas Return Guarantee, you must abide by the terms in this policy, within the guarantee return period for the product.
Beautimas will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number; no exceptions. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 30 days within which return products must be received by Beautimas. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.
All RMA requests must be filed online using the Return form located at beautimashomeandbody.com. If you require further assistance submitting your request, please contact customer support.
Customer is solely responsible for the cost of shipping any returned product to Beautimas. However, at its sole discretion, Beautimas may waive/refund return shipping charges in cases where the refunded merchandise is damaged or defective, thru no fault of the customer, or a Beautimas error, as deemed appropriate by Beautimas. In such cases, the customer is still bound to follow applicable return procedures, as set forth in this policy, or be held responsible to Beautimas for reversed shipping charges and other fees.
Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing, Beautimas' Return Procedure will be breached and Beautimas may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s).
Beautimas will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges. In addition, Beautimas will assess a 15% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all returns for refund.
Items covered by this policy must be returned to Beautimas within the specified guarantee period, from the invoice date, for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Beautimas, and not the mere issuance of an RMA; meaning, all returns must be RECEIVED by Beautimas before any refunds or replacements will be sent.
How to Obtain RMA for Refund/Replacement
To return an item, you will first need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and comply with the General Product Return Procedure, specified within this agreement.
As stated previously, returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA. Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy (and excluding items in ‘Products Not Eligible’ and ‘Product Specific Return Policy’ section(s)), you may request a RMA number within 30 days of the original purchase date. RMA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RMA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
You may obtain a RMA number by submitting a return request on the Beautimas Home and Body website, via the Return form, located at beautimashomeandbody.com/.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Request an RMA number: To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number you will need to log into your account at the Beautimas Home & Body website. After logging into your account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for the section titled ‘Customer Service’. Click the ‘Returns’ link and fill out the requested information, then click ‘Submit’
- Please contact customer service if you need additional assistance or experience any difficulties submitting your request. You can track the status of your return by clicking the Returns tab in your account after your request has been submitted.
Once your RMA is received it will be processed. RMA processing time is usually 2-5 business days from the date we receive your item at our warehouse. Laptops, tablets and computers can take 7-10 business days due to testing. To keep you in the loop, we'll email you when we receive the RMA and after it is processed.
Resolution:
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 3-5 business days of the RMA being processed. Replacements are shipped within 1-2 business days of the RMA being processed.
Retro-Charge/Cross-Ship Return Policy
Generally, Beautimas does not cross-ship items being returned for a replacement or refund. We must receive the item being returned before a refund or replacement will be issued. However, under certain circumstances where a Beautimas error is involved; we may, at our sole discretion, cross ship with written prior authorization given via RMA.
Any items pre-approved to be cross-shipped must meet the following criteria (no exceptions):
- Customer agrees to provide collateral in the form of an active, valid debit/credit card
- Customer agrees to be charged for the replacement or agree to be retro-charged (for advanced refunds) if Beautimas does not receive the return within 15 calendar days after customers’ refund/replacement has been issued or shipped. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Beautimas, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
- Under no circumstance will Beautimas cross-ship merchandise beyond 30 days from the original invoice date or any item valued over $50
Beautimas offers complimentary customer appreciation gifts with the purchase of selected merchandise. If your order meets all qualifying conditions, your complimentary gift will be included with your order at time of shipping, with or without notification. Complimentary gift offers are valid only while supplies last and are non-refundable.
Combo/Bundle Specials are offered to Beautimas shoppers as a way to purchase two or more items together at a discounted price. Only one of each Bundle Special can be purchased per order. Offers valid only while supplies of all items within the combo/bundle last. If you attempt to purchase multiple units of a Combo/Bundle Special, be advised that items with a mail-in rebate will yield only one redeemable rebate offer (per the manufacturer's "limit one per household" provision). Beautimas cannot guarantee the compatibility of combo/bundle items. Please contact the manufacturer(s) directly if you have issues or concerns regarding compatibility.
If you wish to return a Combo/Bundle Special for a refund, you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE within 30 days of the original invoice date. Note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items Policy
If Beautimas no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order RMA Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) Beautimas can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) Beautimas can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.
Bulk Item (Quantity Purchases) Refund Only Return Policy
- Return for refund within: Order must be refused at time of delivery for full refund
- Return for replacement within: Non-replaceable; refuse order at time of delivery for full refund
- Return due to defects within: For products under manufacturer’s warranty please contact the manufacturer
This is our Detailed Bulk Item Return Policy. While Beautimas is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies. Please contact Customer Service with any questions you may have.
Bulk Items (including but not limited to such items as Air Conditioners, Televisions larger than 37 inches, Home Entertainment Systems and Refrigerators) cannot be returned to Beautimas for refund or replacement service. Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the box your bulk item ships in before signing for the package. Should you observe any damage to the shipping box, or if the wrong product was sent, you must refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises. The item will be returned to Beautimas and you will be refunded the full amount, including applicable shipping costs and tax.
If you determine upon inspection that the condition of the shipping box is satisfactory, an adult is required to sign the shipping courier's release form to complete delivery. By signing this release, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the Beautimas Return Policy, understanding that you cannot return the item/order to Beautimas and that the condition of the delivery meets your expectations.
After delivery, please read all included documentation and/or contact the manufacturer directly to determine applicable warranty coverage, if any.
Damaged/Defective/Broken On Arrival (BOA) Policy
If you receive a Damaged/Defective or BOA product, you must contact us by filling out the online RMA request form, within 48 hours of delivery receipt or after refusal of delivery, as required for the return of certain products.
Most products (excluding glassware and consumables) can be returned if Damaged/Defective/BOA within 48-hours of delivery or if delivery refusal is required. Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories for the return to be accepted.
Full refunds are only given for products that cannot be replaced due to out of stock inventory and are damaged and/or defective thru no fault of the customer and returned in accordance to this return policy.
We strive to ensure our customers receive what they ordered but sometimes mistakes can happen where a customer may receive either the incorrect item and/or more than what was ordered.
In cases where a Beautimas Error has occurred, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery receipt for resolution. If it has been determined that a Beautimas Error has occurred, customers will NOT be responsible for return shipping charges, and no restocking fee shall apply.
Customers will have the option of obtaining a replacement, if stock is available; otherwise, customers will be issued a refund, once the erroneous return has been received by Beautimas.
Product Specific Return Policy
This Product Specific Return policy (sometimes referred to as “special return”) applies to any product listed within this section; special return windows are specified within each individual section, for each product, within this policy.
Unless specified otherwise, within this policy, all products listed within this section are not covered by the Beautimas 30-Day Satisfaction/Money Back Guarantee, the Beautimas Christmas Return Guarantee and are excluded from the Beautimas Standard Return Policy.
In cases where an order arrives damaged, and refusal of delivery is necessary, in accordance with this policy, you must work directly with the Carrier to ensure the package is refused properly, as specified in our Shipping Policy.
It is recommended that you keep any information (tracking numbers, etc.) proving such delivery was refused as it is your responsibility to ensure an order being refused, at time of delivery, is returned to Beautimas. Refunds (or replacements), if applicable, will NOT be processed until your return is received and reviewed by Beautimas staff.
Consumer Electronics & Open Box Item Return Policy
Only if damaged or defective you may:
- Return for refund within: non-refundable
- Return for replacement within: 30 calendar days
Consumer Electronics and Open Box items (with the exception of laptops, notebooks, tablets and computers) have a 30-day replacement guarantee, only if damaged or defective, thru no fault of the customer.
If a refund is issued for consumer electronics, the base cost will reflect the current market value, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied after this adjustment.
Stained Glass Lamps/Pottery/Glassware
- Return for refund within: non-refundable
- Return for replacement within: non-returnable, unless damaged/defective upon arrival
All STAINED GLASS lamps (specifically Tiffany lamps), pottery, and all glassware cannot be returned to Beautimas for refund or replacement once the item has been received and the delivery receipt has been signed by the customer. Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the product before signing for the package.
Should you observe any damage to the actual product, you must immediately refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises, and submit a RMA request online at support.beautimas.com, within 48 hours of delivery refusal. Although this item is typically non-refundable it may be exchanged for the same item, only if damaged/defective upon arrival so please read this section carefully.
As specified within each applicable policy, if any item arrives damaged, you are REQUIRED to report the damage to Beautimas, within 48 hours of delivery (no exceptions).
Additionally, the following terms are also applied, if a return is authorized to be replaced:
- The entire item must be returned in its original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton
- The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped. Any slight variation can cause damage or scratching to the piece and could invalidate your return
- Post delivered items or items installed or customized may not be returned
Only if the item is defective (thru no fault of the customer):
- Return for refund within: non-refundable
- Return for replacement within: 15 days (only if defective)
- Restocking Fee: Yes
Only cell phones that are labeled as being covered by this policy are eligible for replacement but only if defective thru no fault of the customer. However, items subject to this policy must be returned for replacement within 15 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. Beautimas reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to replace the item with an item of equal/comparable value, if the item is out of stock or issue a refund.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you at your expense:
- Any phone that is free from defects in materials or workmanship
- Any phone that is damaged due to misuse, abuse or neglect
- Any phone that is returned without the original packaging and all accessories
- Any phone that is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty
- For manufacturer warranty information, please contact the manufacturer directly

Notice to Wireless Communication Service Plan Buyers and Wireless Communication Device Equipment Buyers: The Beautimas Cell Phone Return Policy only applies to the purchase of wireless communication equipment, such as cell phones, wireless email devices and accessories from Beautimas.
Beautimas is not owned by or the owner of any company that provides wireless services. The Beautimas Cell Phone Return Policy and Purchase Agreement DO NOT apply to the purchase of a service plan ("Service Plan") for a wireless communication device such as a cell phone or wireless email device. Beautimas acts as a Dealer for some companies that provide Service Plans and although you can purchase a Service Plan through Beautimas, your agreement will be, exclusively, with the company that provides the Service Plan, not Beautimas.
Should you have any questions about your wireless plan purchased thru Beautimas, you MUST contact the Service provider directly (no exceptions).
Wireless Case and Cover Return Policy
- Return for refund within: 30 days
- Return for replacement within: 30 days
- Restocking fee: none
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to Beautimas being sent back to you:
- Any case or cover that is found to have been damaged due to physical abuse or misuse
- Missing original retail packaging or accessories
In the event there is any conflict between this Wireless Case and Cover Return Policy and any other Beautimas return policy, this Wireless Case and Cover Return Policy shall control, but only to the extent of such conflict and only as applied to cases and covers. This policy does not apply to non-wireless cases or covers.
Academic, Retail and OEM Software Return Policy
- Return Academic and Retail Software for REFUND within: 30 days (must be unopened)
- Return OEM Software for REFUND within: 30 days (must be unopened)
- Return Defective (Retail or OEM) Software for REPLACEMENT only within: non-refundable unless damage/defect reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt (no exceptions)
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise you have returned to Beautimas being returned to you:
- Software items that have been opened (if requesting a refund)
- Software items lacking the original packaging
Academic and Retail Software may only be returned for refund within 30 days of the invoice date if the packaging is unopened and un-tampered.
Any opened Academic or retail software cannot be returned for refund, unless it is defective, within 48-hours of delivery receipt. Therefore, it is highly recommended that you inspect/ test your software, upon delivery, and contact us immediately if any defects. Meaning, if you have opened a retail software purchase to discover a damaged and/or defective disc, you may exchange the software for an identical replacement by visiting our Customer Support Center at support.beautimas.com and acquiring an RMA number.
In the case of a damaged disk or otherwise nonfunctional software the disk must be returned to Beautimas. If you have already attempted to install the software, using the activation key which had been sent to you, the manufacturer will be notified to cancel the activation key for that disc, and a new disc will be sent to you.
All OEM software including the operating system is 100% non-refundable once purchased and delivered. OEM versions are intended for system builders only and cannot be transferred to another PC once it is installed and purchasers of any software are required to comply with the terms of the System Builder License, including responsibility for providing all end-user support.
Beautimas is not responsible for system/software incompatibility, and incompatibility issues do not qualify software as damaged or defective. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions, such as minimum system requirements, prior to purchase.

All sales of downloadable software are final and we do not accept refund requests of downloadable software.
Downloadable software purchased from Beautimas may require you to use a computer or other device, meeting minimum system requirements, so you are responsible for ensuring that your computer or device meets Software system requirements prior to purchase. However, generally, Software system requirements are available on or from product detail pages. Once you have purchased a downloadable product, we encourage you to download it, if applicable, and access it promptly to ensure that you have received it.
You are responsible for downloading and confirming your ability to access software within thirty (30) days after purchase and bear all risk of loss thereafter, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.
Although we will usually continue to make purchased software available in the Beautimas Order History Page, for additional activations or copies, even after this thirty (30) day period, we may, from time to time, remove without notice because of the Software provider's licensing restrictions or for other reasons. Beautimas will not be liable to you if any Software is removed from the Beautimas Order History Page or otherwise becomes unavailable for additional activation or copies.

Collectibles Standard Return Policy

Laptop/Notebook/Tablet/Desktop Computer Standard Return Policy

Some computer systems will require pre-authorization from the manufacturer technical support in order for an RMA to Beautimas to be authorized, in cases where a NEW/UNOPENED computer is returned. For computers that have had an additional operating system(s) installed, we will provide you a refund as noted in the above policy as long as the original operating system is not corrupted or removed and verified as unused by the manufacturer.

Grocery/Consumable Item Refund Only Return Policy

All grocery items (such as gourmet foods) & Consumable items (such as printer ink, toner cartridges, and lotions) may be returned within 30 days of invoice if unopened and unused. Any item which is consumed once used are not acceptable for replacement or refund, if opened.
Damaged items may be returned for replacement with an identical item only if damaged upon arrival and reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt. However, the following will result in Grocery/Consumable items (attempting to be returned to Beautimas) being returned to you, with no refund or replacement:
- Grocery/Consumable items that have been opened
- Grocery/Consumable items lacking the original packaging
- Grocery/Consumable items found not to be damaged after inspection by Beautimas staff
- Return for refund within: non-refundable
- Return for replacement within: non-returnable, unless damaged/defective upon arrival
All Gift Baskets cannot be returned to Beautimas for refund or replacement once the item has been received and the delivery receipt has been signed by the customer. Therefore, you are urged to carefully examine the product before signing for the package.
Should you observe any damage to the actual product, you must immediately refuse delivery while the shipping courier is still on the premises, and submit a RMA request online at support.beautimas.com, within 48 hours of delivery refusal.
These items are non-refundable but may be exchanged for the same item, only if damaged/defective upon arrival. As stated previously, if you are unable to reach a customer service representative then you must refuse service, while the carrier is on the premises (no exceptions).
Additionally, the following terms are also applied, if a return is authorized to be replaced:
- The ENTIRE Gift Basket must be returned in its original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton
- The Gift Basket must be packed exactly as it was shipped as any slight variation can invalidate your return
- No refunds will be issued unless the exact replacement is no longer in stock, in which case an automatic refund will be issued

Items Purchased with Gift Voucher Funds Replacement Policy
Items purchased with Gift Voucher funds are non-refundable. Any item that is not eligible for replacement, in accordance with any of our policies, is excluded from this policy.
Any and all items purchased with Gift Voucher funds, which are eligible for replacement (and not excluded from return/replacement, as specified in any of our policies) may only be exchanged for the exact same item, pending stock availability. If the item is out of stock, the purchase will be replaced with a similar item, of equal or lesser value, or promotional store credit may be issued, at Beautimas’ sole discretion.
Beautimas reserves the right to deny replacements, at any time, and/or issue promotional credit for items that are deemed “non-replaceable” thru no fault of the customer.

Auction/Marketplace Return Policy
Beautimas often sells items at auctions and online marketplaces. This policy does not (either expressed or implied) cover any product purchased from any marketplace from which Beautimas participates; including, but not limited to, auction websites.
The terms of sale for each marketplace and/or auction website are governed by the terms of sale listed at each respective site, within the advertised listing; meaning, if you purchase an item from an Auction or Marketplace listing, and need to return it, you MUST return that item according to the details specified on our seller’s policy page, listed on the respective auction or marketplace website.
In the event of a conflict between this return policy and our auction/marketplace Seller's Policy Page, it is our Seller’s Policy, listed on the auction and/or marketplace website that shall apply to your order (no exceptions).
Repeat Replacement Returns Policy
Beautimas limits replacements to no more than twice (2 times) per eligible return (with the original replacement counting as the first). Meaning, Beautimas will not replace any single item more than twice, regardless of the reason for return. After the second replacement, an automatic refund will be issued, which may be subject to a restocking fee, at Beautimas’ sole discretion.
Items that contain a manufacturers’ defect must be replaced directly with the manufacturer and not subject to this policy.
Refund/Replacement Abuse Policy
Abuse of the Beautimas Return policy will not be tolerated, under any circumstances.
Fraudulent returns or returns found to be in abuse or misuse of this policy, as deemed appropriate by Beautimas shall be rejected and subject to additional fees. Furthermore, any customer found to misuse or abuse this policy are subject to their account with Beautimas being terminated and will be barred from shopping on the Beautimas website.
Beautimas reserves the right to report fraudulent abuse of this policy to law enforcement at its sole discretion. You are hereby advised that Beautimas will aggressively enforce its rights to the fullest extent of the law, including, without limitation, the seeking of criminal prosecution.
If any provision of this Return Policy is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we decide to change this Return Policy, we will post those changes to this website, or other places we deem appropriate, so that you are aware.
