Beautimas Shipping  Policy


Beautimas.com and  Beautimashomeandbody.com are owned and operated by Beautimas, LLC (referred to  hereinafter as “Beautimas”). Beautimas has established this Shipping Policy for  Beautimas.com,    Beautimashomeandbody.com, and all its sub domain websites (hereinafter  referred to as "this Site" or “the website”).  


When you use the  Beautimas website you agree to the following Shipping Policies and agree to  hold Beautimas harmless in the event of any legal dispute involving shipping of  goods to or from Beautimas or its designated agents.


Order Processing


Orders placed before  12:00pm (Pacific Standard Time) may take up to 2 business days for processing  before shipping out.  Delivery times are  stated in business days and do not include order processing times. Our shipping  providers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

All orders must be  shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call or pick-up) and all deliveries  are subject to a signature requirement.

     
  • All orders require 24-48  hours processing time before shipping 
  • Beautimas does not  process orders during weekends 
  • No deliveries will be  made on Saturday or Sunday 
  • Beautimas does not  guarantee same day shipping 
  • All orders shipped  within Washington State will be charged state sales tax. 
    • Please note that the  sales tax for Washington state orders are calculated based upon the total price  of the order, including shipping and handling. The tax imposed by the state on  shipping and handling is part of the state sales tax, not a separate tax. 
  • Exact delivery times to  Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico cannot be guaranteed 
  • Local Express Delivery -  Local Express delivery (by 8 p.m.) + time to process the order   
    • Not all items qualify  for this shipping method. Determination of eligibility will be made based on  proximity to our warehouses.  This  shipping method is supported solely by Beautimas, LLC

Limited Rush Order Processing


Beautimas offers limited  rush order processing service for select items, pending stock  availability.  Provided rush order  processing services are available, Beautimas will rush your order for an  additional fee if the following conditions are met:

     
  • Order is submitted  before 12 noon PST 
  • Your transaction and  credit card authorization is successfully completed before 12:30PM PST 
  • Your shipping address  matches your credit card billing address (i.e. No alternate ship to address)


To arrange limited rush  order processing service, you will need to contact customer service, before  placing your order, to find out if the service is available.


Rush Order Processing Disclaimer


IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, BEAUTIMAS’ MAXIMUM  LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THIS RUSH ORDER FEE ONLY. WHILE BEAUTIMAS CANNOT  GUARANTEE SAME DAY SHIPMENT FOR ALL ORDERS, BEAUTIMAS WILL PUT FORTH ITS BEST  EFFORT TO SHIP ALL RUSH PROCESSING ORDERS THE SAME BUSINESS DAY IF THE ABOVE  CONDITIONS ARE MET. OTHERWISE, YOUR RUSH PROCESSING FEE WILL BE REFUNDED. 


Additional Shipping  Information


All shipping prices are  quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted and Beautimas does NOT  ship to PO boxes or to international/overseas addresses, as referenced in the  International Shipping section.


All items are shipped  insured and once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by  email, including your tracking number and links to track your order online. We  cannot guarantee delivery times and quoted delivery times are for guideline  purposes.


Note: Print or save your  order at checkout for your records. Beautimas will not bill your credit card  until we ship your order.


Please note that not all  shipping service levels are available depending on the shipping location. In  these cases, packages will be shipped using the next best shipping service  level or carrier as deemed suitable by Beautimas.  If an additional cost is associated with the  alternate shipping method, we will contact you to confirm the extra charge  before your order is shipped. Depending on the alternate shipping method,  delivery time for your order may be longer or shorter than expected.


Tracking Numbers


Beautimas will do  everything possible to keep customers informed of order tracking statuses via  e-mail. Tracking numbers are typically emailed to customers once the item is  shipped; however, if you would like to submit a request to check on the status  of your order, please visit our support center at support.beautimas.com and submit a request.


Order Tracking  Information


Once you have obtained  your tracking number, you may track your order’s shipping status via the  assigned carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be “up to the minute”  or updated in “real-time”.  Tracking  information is only updated after each carrier scans the information, at their  discretion, so updated information may not be available for up to 72 hours,  throughout the entire shipping process.  


Please contact the  carrier to obtain further status on your packages, including tracking  information displayed on their respective websites.  Contact information for some Carriers we use  is as follows:

Although Beautimas would  always like for your packages to be delivered ASAP, the priority of delivery,  within the method of shipment chosen, is always determined by your carrier so  you will need to contact the carrier directly, if the carrier has possession of  your order.


Beautimas Shipping Guarantee


Beautimas guarantees  that we will send your package via the speed you have paid to receive it.  If your package is not sent via the speed you  have paid to receive it and provided it is not a carrier error (as deemed  appropriate by Beautimas staff) we will refund shipping costs. However, we WILL  NOT offer refunds for orders lost by the carrier so the customer MUST contact  the carrier for resolution in the matter, no exceptions; this includes, but is  not limited to, cases where delivery is proven but no product has been  received.    

Beautimas Shipping  Guarantee Explained

 

The Beautimas Shipping Guarantee does not apply  to FREE SHIPPING.  The Beautimas shipping  guarantee is limited to when we release your package to the carrier, not when  it will be delivered.  Beautimas will not  be held liable for carrier delivery errors; including but not limited to: 

       
  • Carrier Opted Shipping  Methods (example: transfer of order, by Carrier, to a third party for delivery)   
  • Failure to Meet Shipping  Method expectation (as stated in the ‘Beautimas Shipping Methods vs. Speed  Explained’ section, of this policy, Beautimas guarantees the shipping SPEED,  not the METHOD, in cases where the guarantee applies)   
  • Carrier Delivery  Disputes   
  • Legal Disputes Involving  Carrier 

If problems occur we will help to research your  order; however, should you encounter any of the aforementioned issues with your  order, you MUST contact the carrier for resolution, as directed by Beautimas staff.


International Shipping


Beautimas does NOT ship  internationally / overseas.  Beautimas  only ships within the Continental United States, and its territories, as  follows:

     
  • Continental United  States (including Alaska and Hawaii)   
    • APO/FPO Military  Addresses Included 
  • US Virgin Islands 
  • Puerto Rico   
    • Average transit time is  2-5 days   
    • Carriers deliver to  Culebra and Vieques twice per week   
    • Overnight shipping is  available to some zip codes for an additional cost 
  • Guam

We do not ship to  anywhere else outside the US, except as noted above, and we do not ship to P.O  Boxes.  Although Beautimas does ship to  Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands; available ship methods are determined  at time of order placement, which is specific to those territories and/or  counties. To ship to a U.S. territory, select the United States as the Ship To  country, then choose the appropriate U.S. territory in the State listing,  during checkout.


If shipping outside the Continental  United States, but within US Territories, your credit card billing address MUST  match your shipping address (no exceptions)


Shipping Method  Definitions


The following  definitions are descriptive only and are intended to give a general idea of the  various shipping methods offered by Beautimas:


Ground Shipping

Ground shipping is routinely delivered within  2-7 business days. Please note that these are only approximate delivery times  as provided to us by the shipping carrier. For a faster delivery time, select  Second Day Air or Next Day Air. Orders may take up to 1-2 business days for  processing before shipping out.


2nd Day Air (Expedited)

2nd Day Air (Expedited) is routinely delivered  within 2 business days. Please note that these are only approximate delivery  times as provided to us by the shipping carrier. Orders may take up to 1-2  business days for processing before shipping out.


Next Day Air (Express)

Next Day Air (Express) is routinely delivered  within the next business day. Please note that these are only approximate  delivery times as provided to us. Orders may take up to 1-2 business days for  processing before shipping out.


General Shipping Speed/Time  Frame


Shipping Speeds (or “Time  Frames”) are ESTIMATES ONLY and intended to give a general idea of the various  time frames offered by Beautimas and its designated carriers.


After placing your  order, you will receive a shipping confirmation where you will be able to track  your order; however, the following is a general time frame of shipping times,  as general information.  


Shipping time frames (or  “shipping windows”) are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You  will be given estimated delivery dates at the time of checkout based on your  selected destination and the shipping methods available for the items in your  shopping cart:

     
  • FedEx 3Day Express Saver  - 3 to 4 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order 
  • FedEx 2Day - Delivery  within 2 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order 
  • FedEx Standard Overnight  - Delivery within 1- 2 business day+ 24-48 hours to process the order 
  • UPS Ground - 5 to 7  business days + 24-48 hours to process the order 
  • UPS 3Day - 3 business  days + 24-48 hours to process the order 
  • UPS 2Day - 2 business  days + 24-48 hours to process the order 
  • UPS Next Day Residential  - Delivery within 1-2 business days+ 24-48 hours to process the order 
  • Large Item Delivery and  White Glove Delivery - 3 to 5 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order 
  • USPS, Media Mail -  Delivery within 2 to 9 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order. (This  applies to DVD purchases only.) 
  • USPS - APO/FPO orders  welcome! Delivery will take approximately 2 to 6 weeks + 24-48 hours to process  the order. (Due to military APO/FPO box size, 19" and larger monitors  cannot be shipped via this method; please remove them from your shopping cart  before proceeding.) 
  • For Hawaii and Alaska  customers, FedEx can only ship via 2Day Air and the shipping time will not be  guaranteed. Therefore, Beautimas will default to and charge for 2Day  Air. Meaning, if you have selected FedEx Saver as your preferred shipping  option and attempt to checkout, the shipping method will default to 2Day and  you will subsequently be charged accordingly  
  • DHL Smart Mail/UPS Mail  Innovation Services: (4-7 Business Days) shipping +24-48 hours to process the  order   
  • This shipping method is  supported by DHL Smart Mail or UPS Mail Innovation Services and is not  available to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico   
  • Not all warehouses  support this shipping method; an alert will appear during checkout to notify  users if the item is not eligible   
  • Not all orders qualify  for this shipping method. Determination of eligibility will be made based on  order weight and item dimensions.

Beautimas Shipping  Methods vs. Speed Explained


Please remember that in  cases where rush shipping is paid, you are paying for the shipping speed, not  the shipping method.  For example, if an  order is expected to arrive within 3 business days, we cannot guarantee the  METHOD ANY CARRIER chooses to use; we can only estimate that you will receive  your order in the time specified.  


Shipping Calculation and  Charges


The easiest way to  calculate exact shipping charges is to go through the ordering process. Prior  to processing the order, the exact shipping cost will be shown.

If shipping costs are  applied, they are calculated based on total weight, dimensions, and distance of  your order to your destination. The shipping charges will be calculated and  displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know  the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your  credit card information.


Most items sold on the  Internet are packaged for display by retailers, not to be shipped individually.  Therefore, we take great care in double boxing and securely packaging your  order for shipment to protect it on its journey to you.


Each added purchase to  an existing order should reduce your overall shipping costs per item.


In cases where shipping  charges are applicable, your total cost for the purchase of any product will  include shipping and handling charges, as shown on your Beautimas invoice.  However, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a  returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the  original carrier, and will not be refunded to you, even if your item is  returned for a refund to Beautimas.


Free Standard Ground Shipping


Beautimas offers FREE  STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING on any purchase of $50 or more, for any online  purchase.  Merchandise total must reach  $50 after all discounts and before taxes and shipping.  


This free shipping offer  is limited to STANDARD GROUND shipping only on any online purchases, of $50 or  more, with a shipping destination within the Continental United States. However,  the Beautimas FREE STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING offer is not valid on prior  purchases or orders going to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and all U.S Territories  outside the Continental United States (including (but not limited to) the  Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Guam).  


Free Shipping is restricted to purchases made on the Beautimas Home and Body website only. Auction/Marketplace purchases are excluded from Free Shipping unless specified otherwise on the applicable Auction/Marketplace website, under the specified Seller Policy. If you have purchased from Beautimas at any marketplace, including Amazon or eBay, click here to review our store policy, where you can find more information under the Auction/Marketplace Customers (Amazon/eBay) section.


Beautimas reserves the  right to end or modify this promo at any time.


Amazon, eBay & Other  Marketplaces


When Beautimas sells in  marketplaces we may offer different shipping options.  Please check the listing's Seller’s Policy  Page for the shipping options and terms respective to the individual items we  sell at marketplaces. In the event of a conflict between this Shipping Policy  and our Seller’s Policy Page, (including shipping terms which are exclusive to the  respective Marketplace for which they apply); Beautimas' Seller’s Policy Page,  which is listed at each marketplace, with shipping options and terms, shall  prevail and be applied to orders from those marketplaces.


Delivery Signature  Requirement


All Beautimas deliveries  are subject to a signature requirement and once your order has prepared for  shipment, or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.


Any delivery where a  signature is required will not be delivered unless this specific requirement is  met.  If you are unavailable to provide a  signature, you will need to contact the carrier, directly, to make further  arrangements. Neither the Carrier nor Beautimas can waive the signature  requirement.  There are no exceptions to  this requirement as it is in place for the protection of all parties.


The carrier will make  three delivery attempts before returning the order to Beautimas. If your order  is returned to Beautimas, for lack of signature, Beautimas will contact you to  arrange for your order to either be resent, at your expense, or refunded with a  restocking fee applied, if we are unable to reach you.


Refusal at Time of  Delivery


In cases where an order  arrives damaged, and refusal of delivery is necessary, in accordance with our Return Policy, you must work directly with the Carrier to ensure the package is  refused properly.


It is recommended that  you keep any information (tracking numbers, etc.) proving such delivery was  refused as it is your responsibility to ensure an order being refused, at time  of delivery, is returned to Beautimas.   Refunds (or replacements), if applicable, will NOT be processed until  your return is received and reviewed by Beautimas staff.


Risk of Loss


Beautimas will arrange  for shipment of ordered product(s) to the Customer, Free On Board (F.O.B.)  shipping point, meaning title to the product(s) -- excepting software-- and  risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier. Beautimas  reserves a purchase money security interest in the product(s) until its receipt  of the full amount due. Customer agrees to allow Beautimas to sign appropriate  documents on Customer's behalf to permit Beautimas to protect its purchase  money security interest.


Title to software will  remain with the licensor(s). All software is provided subject to the license  agreement of the software maker. Customer agrees to be bound by any software  license agreement once the seal on the package is broken.

Beautimas will advise  Customer of estimated shipping dates but Beautimas will not, under any  circumstances, be responsible for delays in delivery, and associated damages,  due to events beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts  of God or public enemy, acts of federal, state or local government, fire,  floods, civil disobedience, strikes, lockouts, and freight embargoes.


Severability

If any provision of this  Shipping Policy is unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision shall  be deemed severable from the remaining provisions, and shall not affect the  validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.


Notification  of Changes

We reserve the right to  modify this Shipping Policy at any time, so please review it frequently.  If we decide to change this Shipping Policy,  we will post those changes to this website, or other places we deem appropriate,  so that you are aware.


If you have opted out of  receiving communications from Beautimas, LLC, you will still be able to view  news of policy changes at any of our sites; including, Beautimas.com,  beautimashomeandabody.com, or on our support site, at support.beautimas.com. Otherwise, you may e-mail us at support@beautimas.com about any changes and updates.
