The Beautimas Customer  Support Center (“BHB CSC”) is in place to offer our customers one place to get  assistance.  We strive to streamline your  online shopping experience and remove the hassles of long wait times that can  be experienced thru traditional customer support provided by phone.


The BHB CSC is intended  to be straight forward and easy to use but our customer support team is  available, during business hours, to provide additional help via Live Chat.


Anyone can review  information on this website without logging in or creating an account; however,  in order to execute any tasks, such as initiating Live Support or to Submit a  Ticket and track ticket status, you will be required to register.  For security purposes, usernames and  passwords for BHB CSC are separate from your Beautimas Home and Body  Account.  Therefore, it is recommended  that you use a unique username and password for each website.


POINTS TO REMEMBER:  Requests received HERE thru our Customer Support website, receive first  priority and are typically addressed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and  holidays.  Due to the large volume of  requests received, we cannot guarantee phone support is available upon request  and we typically respond to voice messages within 3-5 business days.  Therefore, it is recommended that you  use this Customer Support website (support.beautimas.com) as a first resort,  for all support requests, and faster service, unless specified otherwise.


How  to Register to Use the Beautimas Customer Support Center 

    • Click  ‘Sign Up’ on the top corner of your screen, here at the support center 
    • Fill  out the information requested

You will need to validate  your account, via email, before access will be granted (no exceptions).


The following tasks  require that you log into the Beautimas Support website or create an account,  as previously stated.  Here’s how to use  the support site after you’ve successfully logged in:


To Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

     
  • You will need to log  into your account at the Beautimas Home & Body.com website.   
  • After  logging into your account, scroll down to the bottom of the page and look for  the section titled ‘Customer Service’.  Click the 'Returns' link and fill out the requested information.


Please contact customer service if  you need additional assistance or experience any difficulties submitting your  request.  You can track the status of  your return by clicking the Returns tab in your account after your request has  been submitted.


To Submit a Support Ticket: 

  • You  MUST log into the support center website or create an account 
  • Go  to the top navigation bar, and Click ‘Tickets’ 
  • On  the top right hand side of your screen, click ‘New support ticket’   
  • Fill  out all necessary fields 
  • Click  the ‘Submit’ button


To View Open Tickets/Check Status 

  • You  MUST log into your account on the support center website 
  • At  the top of the page, click ‘Tickets’ 
  • A  list of all tickets you've created will be shown 
  • Click  ‘Check Ticket Status’ on the right side of any page 


To Request Live Support


Live Support is only available during  normal business hours.  To start a Live  Support session: 

  • On  any page, within the support center, you will notice a widget in the bottom  right of your screen, labeled “Beautimas Support: OPEN” 
  • Click  the widget and fill out the requested information to start your chat session

How  to Access the Beautimas Forum


You do not need to be  logged in to access the Beautimas Forum.   However, if you would like to participate in the forum, you will need to  either log into your account or create an account at the support center.

How  to DELETE/CANCEL Your Support Center Account

     
  • Please  submit a support center ticket requesting your account be closed


NOTE:  Once an account is cancelled it cannot be retrieved by anyone (including  Beautimas Agents). Please be certain about your decision to cancel your account  as it will be PERMANENTLY deleted and cannot be retrieved.  You will need to create a new account once an  account has been cancelled, should you wish to have another account.  


POINTS TO REMEMBER: Your Beautimas Support Center account is NOT the same account as your shopping account, located on the Beautimas Home and Body.com website.  Account deletion for your Beautimas Account is not affected by deletion of your support center account. Please specify which account you wish to have cancelled when submitting your request.
